Thank you so much to everyone that has shared something or many observations on Tapestry. We have all loved seeing everything that you have been doing at home as we really miss having all of the children in class. Please find below some activities that may help you this week. There is no expectation to complete everything. If the children want to do some learning then great. A lot of our learning in class is child led (their interests), so if there are things they are choosing to do at home then that is great - just go with that. We have kept last week's planning up too incase you would like to access again.

  • Oxford Owl - Register for free as a parent for access to a range of e-books linked to the coloured book bands we use in school. There are also resources to support comprehension available.
  • Phonics Play -  This site is allowing free access during school closures, register for access to a range of  fun phonics games. In year R, most children should be securing  phase 2 and working on phase 3.
  • Twinkl offer - Click on this link and enter the code UKTWINKLHELPS to get a free month of  access to huge range of downloadable PowerPoints, worksheets and activities for children across the primary age range.
  • Purple Mash - All Kings Worthy children can login to Purple Mash to access a variety of fun,educational games, apps and activities. 
  • Top Marks - A number of suitable maths games for Year R children.
