Last week as part of Mental Health week, we were lucky enough have Mrs Green (personal trainer) come into school to work with each year group. Each class had a 20 minute circuits session and as part of it discussed the benefits of exercise on the mind and body. Back in class, children discussed the differences between mental and physical health, what good mental health looks like and how we can identify signs of poor mental health.
