Welcome to Kings Worthy School PTFA.
We are a group of parents, carers and other
interested parties who work together to organise and run social
events to help promote positive relationships between parents,
teachers and children in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. We plan, organise and stage events throughout the
school year, some for adults, some for families, and some just
for children – all are good fun.
Money raised helps buy those items, both
essential and luxury which the school budget is unable to fund.
Proceeds in the past have gone towards purchasing
new staging, computers and software, sports equipment and new
toys for wet play.

EVENTS
A typical year of events includes:
Spring Term
Disco for the children - Key Stage 1 and 2 at
separate events.
Summer Term
Sponsored bike/scooter ride around the
school grounds
Summer Fete
End of term barbecue
Autumn Term
Disco for the children
Christmas Fair
In addition we have had special one off events
such as turning our school hall into an ice rink for the day,
arranging a coach trip to IKEA and various fashion shows.
We welcome suggestions for different events, especially if they are accompanied by offers of help!
